Job Description

As a Waiter/Waitress at Raffles Europejski Warsaw, you will act as an ambassador of exceptional service and cuisine, which are the hallmarks of our gastronomic offering.

The ideal candidate should bring passion to personalized guest service, create unforgettable experiences, and actively contribute to an atmosphere of elegance and high standards.

• Delivering service at the highest level in a luxury dining environment, in accordance with etiquette and hospitality standards
• Taking orders professionally and serving food and beverages with attention to every detail
• Using knowledge of wines, cocktails, and fine cuisine to enhance guests’ dining experience, especially during evening service (restaurant and bar waiter role)
• Providing breakfast à la carte service (breakfast waiter role)
• Anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding expectations through strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
• Efficiently managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment while ensuring smooth service and the highest quality standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of luxury service standards, table etiquette, and guest expectations
• Excellent communication skills, along with a friendly and open personality
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering the highest level of service
• Good command of the English and Polish language
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Experience working in an upscale restaurant, bar, or luxury hotel is an advantage.
