Job Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to luxury hospitality standards
- Create and present signature cocktails with creativity and consistency
- Provide personalized and engaging service to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
- Monitor and manage bar stock, supplies, and inventory levels
- Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and portion control
- Collaborate closely with F&B, kitchen, and service teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and brand service standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end bars
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
- Creative and passionate about beverage innovation and presentation
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in service
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
