AP Accountant

To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for an Accountant. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall accounting and tax activities for the holding company.
• Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
• Prepare and monitor the cash forecast to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Perform revaluation of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and other payables/receivables.
• Record and monitor prepaid expenses and ensure accurate amortization schedules.
• Record and track accrued expenses and accrued assistance revenue to ensure proper period matching.
• Reconcile PND50 with PP30 to ensure consistency and accuracy in tax filings.
• Review and update the AR provision in accordance with company policy and accounting standards.
• Prepare and submit ICO declarations and support intercompany reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare supporting schedules for audit.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties as required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a holding or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards and local tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
