Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome all guests and visitors with warmth, creating an atmosphere woven around real conviviality.
  • Being present and visible in the lobby, to be easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go to.
  • You will assist with the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property, park and retrieve guest cars as requested 
  • Help guests with requests in a professional and polite manner
  • Assists with directions, local information, and transportation

Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken English
  • Restricted or Full New Zealand driver’s license
  • Ability to drive both auto and manual cars is an advantage
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and morning and night shifts.
  • Physically fit and able to lift at least 30kg
  • Well groomed and presentable
