THE OPPORTUNITY

College Hill is looking for a Contract Executive Sales Representative (1099) to join our team. This role is 100% remote within the United States and operates as an independent contractor position.


This opportunity is designed for experienced, entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to build and grow their own book of business while leveraging a proven backend support system. You will be responsible for generating revenue, managing client relationships, and driving your own success, while collaborating with our internal team to deliver a high-quality client experience.

They are confident leading client conversations, positioning value, and navigating the full sales cycle without relying on day-to-day oversight.

  • Wants to build and scale their own book of business with the support of an established team


This role is best suited for reps currently managing a book of business or transitioning from a similar commission-based sales structure.


THE ROLE

In this role, your responsibilities will include sourcing new leads, developing client relationships, and growing your own portfolio of accounts.


You will have access to College Hillโ€™s internal resources, including our design team, vendor network, and client services support, allowing you to focus on revenue generation while we help execute and deliver.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, directly tied to the profit you generate.


Contract representatives may utilize internal support services such as design, order management, and administrative assistance. A service fee or adjusted commission structure may apply based on the level of support utilized. Full details will be outlined in the contractor agreement.


Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying areas for account growth
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Setting appointments and conducting qualifying sales calls
- Delivering high-level client presentations and proposals
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute client projects
- Maintaining accurate records of client activity and opportunities
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying new opportunities


THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 or more years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, branded merchandise, apparel, or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline and close new business consistently
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of margin, pricing, and profitability
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, commission-based environment
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and manage pipeline preferred
- Established network or niche market experience is a strong plus


COMPENSATION
- Commission-based structure tied to profit performance (40โ€“50%)
- Uncapped earnings based on your book of business
- Service fees apply based on the level of internal support utilized
