Job Description

 

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain tidy and well‑presented public areas
  • Communicate guest requests promptly and complete clear handovers
  • Support guest transport to and from the terminal (where applicable)
  • Promote and engage guests in our loyalty program
  • Prioritise VIP guests, including setting up and delivering amenities

Qualifications

You will be…

  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends
  • Someone with strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator in person and over the phone
  • Able to anticipate guest needs with good situational awareness
  • Physically fit and comfortable with frequent movement and assisting with luggage
  • Knowledgeable about local businesses and able to arrange guest transport when required
