As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully presented spaces, you will ensure every room reflects the elegance and comfort Sofitel is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms
• Prepare guest rooms with precision: making beds, refreshing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring every detail enhances the guest’s stay
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and amenities with care and efficiency
• Uphold Sofitel brand standards with consistency, pride, and professionalism
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that anticipates guest needs

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury or premium environment
• A commitment and passion for delivering refined, five‑star service
• Strong physical capability and able to exhibit safe manual‑handling practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
• Excellent time‑management skills and a proactive approach in enhancing the guest experience
