Description du poste
- Préparer, dresser les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et en fonction des directives du responsable
- Organiser son poste de travail en appliquant les consignes
- Adapter son rythme de travail en fonction de l'affluence, des évènements et des clients
- Effectuer le nettoyage et le rangement de son poste de travail en fonction des directives de son responsable
Qualifications
- Première expérience en cuisine
- Capacité d'adaptation, sens l’organisation et de la rigueur
- Respect des normes HACCP
- Esprit d'équipe
