Dans le cadre du développement de notre espace bien-être, nous recrutons un(e) Spa Manager passionné(e) et orienté(e) performance, afin de garantir une expérience client d’exception en ligne avec les standards de la marque.
Missions principales :
Rattaché(e) à la Direction de l’établissement, vous êtes responsable de la performance globale du spa et de la qualité de l’expérience client :
- Manager, animer et fédérer l’équipe (esthéticien(ne)s, praticien(ne)s, réception spa)
- Assurer la qualité d’accueil et l’expérience client dans le respect des standards Sofitel
- Développer le chiffre d’affaires (soins, ventes produits, offres commerciales)
- Gérer les plannings, les stocks, les commandes et les relations fournisseurs
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (CA, taux d’occupation, panier moyen)
- Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et des protocoles
- Être force de proposition sur les animations, partenariats et offres saisonnières
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en management de spa, idéalement en hôtellerie haut de gamme
- Excellente présentation et sens aigu du service client
- Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer une équipe
- Sens du commerce et forte culture du résultat
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de réservation
- Organisation, rigueur et sens du détail
