Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un (e) Réceptionniste H/F en CDI

Description du poste

Vous assurerez un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, le bien-être des clients est votre priorité.

Vous valoriserez les différentes prestations de l'hôtel pour optimiser les ventes

Vous serez garant(e) de la fidélisation du client

Vous anticiperez en permanence en préparant les arrivées 

Lors du départ des clients, vous effectuerez la facturation ainsi que les règlements

Vous serez amené(e) à travailler de jour et au besoin de nuit

Qualifications

Attentif (ve) aux autres et à l'environnement qui vous entoure, vous contribuerez à rendre le séjour aussi irréprochable qu'inoubliable à nos clients.

L'hospitalité fait partie de votre ADN et le client est au coeur de vos préoccupations.

Vous êtes dynamique et savez vous adapter au sein d'une équipe 

Vous maitrisez l'anglais, et maîtrisez éventuellement une 2e langue
