Job Description
Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and artistry.
- Maintain knowledge of beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure presentation standards align with Morgans Originals’ luxury brand identity.
- Support food and beverage service by assisting with light snacks or pastries when required.
Guest Experience
- Engage with guests to personalize beverage selections and enhance their experience.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a welcoming and sophisticated café atmosphere that reflects Roswyn’s lifestyle ethos.
Operational Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service areas.
- Monitor inventory of beans, syrups, milk, and supplies to ensure readiness for service.
- Assist in procurement and supplier coordination to uphold quality and sustainability.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment with care and precision.
Quality & Compliance
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies.
- Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
- Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
