Description du poste
Chef de Partie Saisonnier H/F
Dans le cadre de la saison, nous recherchons un Chef de Partie H/F pour un contrat saisonnier de mi-avril à fin octobre.
Conditions
- Contrat saisonnier – 35h/semaine
- Rémunération : 1 700 € net / mois
- Travail en petite équipe, parfois en autonomie
Vous interviendrez sur :
- Groupes de 20 à 150 personnes
- Cocktails dînatoires
- Buffets et événements
Particularité Juillet / Août
Période plus calme en groupes : renfort ponctuel au restaurant L’Entre Deux, brasserie de l’ibis Styles Avignon.
Missions
- Mise en place et services groupes
- Suivi des consignes Chef / Sous-Chef
- Organisation de la production
- Respect des normes d’hygiène
- Garantie de la qualité des prestations
Profil recherché
- Expérience souhaitée en tant que Chef de Partie
- À l’aise avec le travail en volume
- Autonome, organisé(e), esprit d’équipe
