Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, compile, and maintain project data received from site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
2. Update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports in the MIS system.
3. Maintain records related to project progress, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and construction activities.
4. Prepare dashboards, charts, and analytical reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
5. Monitor project milestones and assist in tracking physical and financial progress.
6. Maintain document registers, correspondence records, and project databases.
7. Coordinate with project teams for timely submission of reports and data.
8. Generate reports required by ULBs, State Mission Management Unit (SMMU), PMU, and other stakeholders.
9. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project data.
10. Support preparation of presentations, review meeting documents, and progress summaries.
11. Assist in uploading and updating project information on designated government portals and project management systems.
12. Maintain digital records of drawings, approvals, DPRs, contractor submissions, and quality reports.
13. Support project monitoring and evaluation activities as directed by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Management, or equivalent discipline.
