Job Description

• Lead the design and review of road and highway works, including alignments, pavements, drainage, and traffic elements

• Review and approve drawings, technical specifications, and design submissions

• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and Saudi authority requirements

• Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved designs

• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues

• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of road design standards and specifications

• Proven experience working with consultants and contractors

• Ability to review designs and manage technical interfaces

• Good communication and leadership skills
