Dans le cadre de leurs développements dans les provinces du Hainaut-Namur-Luxembourg, Cobelba-Wust recherchent activement un Technicien de chantiers.
Description du poste
Afin de renforcer son département d’Exécution et Production de son siège de Virton-Latour, Cobelba est à la recherche d’un Technicien de Chantier (Junior).
Vos principales tâches sont les suivantes :
- Implication dans différents projets de construction ;
- Collaboration avec le Gestionnaire de Chantiers et/ou un Conducteur (principal) de Travaux ;
- Participation à l’organisation générale du chantier et assister aux réunions avec le client ;
- Support à la concrétisation des choix des méthodes d’exécution ;
- Reporting hebdomadaire sur l’avancement des travaux ;
- Gestion des différents plannings ;
- Recherche de sous-traitants et suivi technique et qualitatif des prestations de ceux-ci ;
- Suivi des rendements des sous-traitants ;
- Aide à la gestion des états d’avancement des sous-traitants ;
- Gestion journalière des documents techniques dont les plans et fiches techniques
- Réalisation de métrés de chantier ;
- Contrôle de conformité des travaux avec les règles et prescriptions de Cobelba et du client (qualité, sécurité).
Qualifications
- Bachelier/ingénieur industriel en construction ;
- Excellente connaissance du français;
- Personnalité confirmée;
- Organisé, riguoureux dans les chiffres et méthodes;
- Polyvalent (chantiers et bureaux) et flexible.
