Dans le cadre de leurs développements dans les provinces du Hainaut-Namur-Luxembourg, Cobelba-Wust recherchent activement un Conducteur de chantiers expérimenté.

Description du poste

Sous la supervision d’un Gestionnaire de Chantiers, vous êtes en charge de la gestion technique et administrative des chantiers qui vous sont attribués.

Missions:

- organiser et coordonner les travaux à réaliser;

- gérer la main-d’œuvre;

- veiller au respect des plans et cahiers des charges;

- veiller au respect du planning;

- participer de manière active aux réunions de chantier;

- suivre la comptabilité du chantier.

Qualifications

Bachelier en construction ou ingénieur industriel en construction

Expérience de minimum 5 années dans une fonction similaire

Rigoureux, dynamique, meneur d’hommes, sachant faire preuve d’initiative, excellente capacité organisationnelle, sens du contact.
