Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Site Engineer (Marine) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee marine construction projects, ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex offshore and coastal construction activities while maintaining meticulous attention to technical details.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities on marine construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering plans and specifications
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks on marine structures, equipment installations, and construction methodologies
  • Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain comprehensive site records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including contractors, subcontractors, and design engineers to ensure efficient project execution
  • Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and procedures across all marine construction activities
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges through analytical problem-solving and collaborative communication with project stakeholders
  • Ensure all marine equipment, materials, and systems are properly installed, tested, and documented according to specifications
  • Organize and manage site logistics, including material handling, equipment placement, and resource allocation
  • Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, and performance metrics for project management and stakeholder review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering 
  • 4 - 5 years of similar experience 
  • A Valid UAE Driving License
