We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amman, Jordan. In this pivotal role, you will drive electrical engineering excellence across projects, ensuring innovative solutions are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations. • Design, develop, and optimize electrical systems and solutions for complex projects, ensuring adherence to international design standards and local regulatory requirements in Jordan
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other disciplines to ensure seamless multi-disciplinary coordination and integrated project delivery
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, design specifications, calculations, and comprehensive reports for project stakeholders and regulatory submissions
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions with decisiveness and transparency
• Analyze technical challenges methodically and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions that maintain project integrity and sustainability objectives
• Maintain organized documentation systems and ensure all technical records are accurate, complete, and readily accessible for audits, reviews, and regulatory compliance
• Provide technical support and expert guidance on design reviews, requests for proposals (RFPs), client inquiries, and prequalification documentation
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving design standards through continuous professional development and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

**Education:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

**Required Experience:**

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with demonstrated expertise in design, analysis, and project delivery
• Demonstrated experience with MEP coordination on medium to large-scale projects
• Strong background in site safety compliance, inspection protocols, and Health & Safety management
• Experience with project scheduling, progress monitoring, and budget management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Middle East region, with familiarity of GCC market conditions

**Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:**

• Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digitalization techniques
• Expert-level skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and MS Office suite
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as Dialux Evo and specialized calculation tools
• Strong capability in manual and computer-aided calculations, technical analyses, and problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply design standards and technical documentation

**Technical Knowledge & Expertise:**

• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles in Low Voltage (LV), Lighting, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Fire Life Safety (FLS) design
• Comprehensive understanding of international design standards including BS-EN, CIBSE, ASHRAE, and NFPA
• Excellent knowledge of local statutory authorities' regulations and submission requirements in KSA and the Middle East
• Strong understanding of buildability, construction techniques, and site logistics
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient technologies
• Familiarity with QA/QC review processes and quality management systems
