Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our sustainability team at Egis Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, design, and storytelling — someone who can bring technical data to life through compelling visuals and clear documentation.

You’ll work on international, high-profile infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate simulation results (daylight, energy, thermal comfort, etc.) into compelling visual narratives and diagrams.
  • Support the team in crafting research reports and sustainability documentation.
  • Design project presentations and communication materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with sustainability consultants and architects and other consultants to ensure clarity in sustainability narratives.
  • Maintain design consistency and high visual standards across all project documents

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).
  • Background in architecture, urban design, environmental design, or graphic design.
  • A sharp eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of sustainability principles or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with visualization of simulation data (e.g., from tools like Ladybug, Rhino/Grasshopper, etc.)
