Job Description

Egis is seeking a Facilities Management Senior Consultant with strong infrastructure and public realm FM expertise to support technical advisory, operational assessment, and technical due diligence assignments across large scale infrastructure and utility assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure FM advisory and technical due diligence assignments
  • Conduct technical condition assessments for water, irrigation, sewerage, stormwater, MV/LV, and utility distribution systems
  • Assess operational risks, resilience requirements, and statutory compliance
  • Translate technical findings into CAPEX, OPEX, and operational impacts
  • Develop infrastructure FM operating models, maintenance strategies, KPIs, and governance frameworks
  • Support transition, mobilization, handover, and operational readiness planning
  • Build OPEX models aligned with regional infrastructure and utility benchmarks
  • Support procurement strategies, FM scopes, and technical frameworks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in infrastructure FM, utilities, or technical advisory
  • Strong understanding of water and electrical utility operations
  • Experience in infrastructure condition assessments and lifecycle planning
  • Knowledge of GCC statutory and infrastructure compliance requirements
  • Experience in FM solutioning and OPEX modelling
  • GCC experience required
