Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and guaranteeing the quality and reliability of our systems and processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and enforce comprehensive quality assurance and control measures that drive organizational success and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures that align with organizational standards, industry regulations, and best practices
  • Conduct regular quality audits, system reviews, and operational checks to ensure all activities conform to established specifications and quality benchmarks
  • Monitor compliance against organizational guidelines and specifications, validating system performance, maintenance procedures, documentation, and reporting criteria
  • Perform testing and validation activities including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), System Integration Tests (SIT), and operational validation exercises
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify trends that may impact system quality and reliability; recommend corrective actions and process improvements to meet key performance indicators
  • Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive action plans, test logs, and change control documentation
  • Establish risk assessment protocols and quality checkpoints in collaboration with operations, engineering, and system integration teams
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system documentation to ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycles
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders during quality escalations, incidents, or system reviews
  • Provide guidance and quality awareness training to operations and engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and evolving quality management standards relevant to the organization
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance during all quality assurance and audit activities

Qualifications

**Required Education:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer, Civil, or related field) or equivalent professional qualification

**Required Experience:**

  • Minimum 5โ€“8 years of professional experience in QA/QC roles within technical, industrial, or systems operations environments
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, system testing, compliance monitoring, and operational quality management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing QA/QC processes and procedures

**Required Skills & Competencies:**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation
  • Expertise in quality auditing, system reviews, and compliance verification
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies and validation protocols (FAT, SAT, SIT)
  • Excellent technical documentation and report writing skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system documentation
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action planning capabilities
  • Proficiency with quality management software, testing tools, and data analysis applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with strong team coordination skills

**Required Domain Expertise:**

  • Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001 quality management principles and frameworks
  • Familiarity with industry standards, specifications, and commissioning/testing protocols
  • Knowledge of system performance monitoring and operational quality assurance
  • Understanding of risk assessment methodologies and quality control checkpoints

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Certification in quality management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • Experience in systems operations, control environments, or technical infrastructure management
  • Background in process improvement and continuous quality enhancement initiatives
  • Proficiency in Arabic language (in addition to English)
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy industries
