Purpose

We are looking for a Legal Counsel Jr. Your mission will be to support the legal operations of the business across multiple jurisdictions.

In this role, you’ll

• Coordinate with external law firms across multiple jurisdictions, with a primary focus on Brazil and Peru, on formalities such as certifications, apostilles, and legalizations
• Support contract execution processes, including signature collection and document logistics
• Assist in supplier due diligence processes, from document collection to ongoing compliance monitoring
• Contribute to the drafting and review of standardized agreements considering local regulatory requirements in Brazil and Peru
• Maintain and update summaries of key commercial contracts (PSPs, game providers, marketing, KYC, CRM, etc.)
• Help prepare and track regulatory filings and corporate documentation across international jurisdictions
• Assist in handling consumer claims by gathering and organizing relevant background information
• Monitor and review Terms & Conditions to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory international requirements

What we look for in an exceptional candidate

• Advanced law student or recent graduate
• 2 or more years of experience in a law firm or similar role
• Strong interest in corporate, contractual, and/or regulatory law
• Solid written and analytical skills both in Spanish and English
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Curiosity about how legal supports business growth

Bonus points if you also have

• Intermediate- advanced Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
