Descripción del empleo

Objetivo del puesto. Realizar el corte de los pliegos en función del número de UPS especificados en la Work Order; especificación.

Funciones del puesto:

  • Preparación de suajeAjuste de suaje (corte y doblez)
  • Conocimiento de funciones de la máquina Bobst: Feeder, Suaje, Striping, recibidor
  • Preparación de embosado
  • Conocimiento de instrucciones de proceso (suaje).
  • Ajuste en la rama de la máquinaArmado de ponche o sacabocadoMantenimiento de la máquina (TPM)Ajuste Zonal
  • Revisión y medición de artes vs especificación (boceto)
  • Parchado individual por plecas
  • Cumplir con lineamientos EHS
  • Apoyo general al departamentoRegistro hora por hora fisico y digital
  • Seguimiento a programa producción
  • Seguimiento a mantenimiento preventivo suajes (Levantar reporte)

Requisitos

  • Educación: Secundaria - Preparatoria
  • Conocimientos: Matemáticas - Aritmética básica
  • OfficeConocimiento básico
  • Experiencia: 6 meses en puesto similar
