About the role

The purpose of this role is to manage and optimize customer relationships and order fulfillment within the European Customer Service team. Operating in a professional capacity, the successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional processes, and independently develop an assigned customer base to support overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

This position operates under a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all business customer inquiries regarding label solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, pricing alignment, and delivery schedule coordination.
  • Collaborate actively with field sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer service.
  • Take independent responsibility for managing and developing your assigned customer base with a focus on success and goal-oriented growth.
  • Work cross-border with international teams to build strong, lasting relationships with customers in the Benelux region.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Commercial or technical training, a corresponding university degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service, preferably within an international environment.
  • Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.
