  • Saber que tendra muchas situaciones dificiles que tendra que lidear tanto con el cliente externo e interno y que debera de tener la habilidad de canalizar la frustración de la mejor manera posible
  • Ser una persona responsable de sus acciones y desisiones 
  • Tener una buena actitud y disposición para con el cliente interno y externo, ser un soporte para el cliente y los equipos internos 
  • Saber planear y ejecutar el tiempo en diferentes actividades
  • Tener la disposición de apoyar y ayudar en situaciones que asi se requiera. Identificar areas de mejora y aportar posibles soluciones}
  • Ante un problema, tener la capacidad de analizar diferentes soluciones para tomar el mejor camino
  • Capacidad  de prestar atención a los aspectos más pequeños y precisos de una tarea
  • Saber transmitir la informacion de manera clara, precisa y estar  preparado para la comunicacion que llega de parte de los clientes
