AirX Jet Support Malta (EASA P145 AMO) is looking for Licensed Aircraft Engineers reporting directly to the Line Support Supervisor, for positions based at the following airports LFPB (Le Bourget) and LFMN (Nice). Preference will be given to candidates already locally employed or residing in these locations.


Main Duties

  • Perform aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance data for line maintenance inputs (scheduled/unscheduled) and AOG recoveries.
  • Communicate effectively with the AirX Jet Support Malta Engineering, the Line Support Supervisor, the Line Maintenance Manager, the AirX Charter MCC Department, and relevant third Partiesto ensure seamless information flow.
  • Comply with all safety regulations, maintain high housekeeping standards, and report any identified deficiencies.
  • Adhere to the Jet Support Malta Maintenance Organisation Exposition and all published processes and procedures.
  • Manage off-aircraft responsibilities, including spare parts handling and documentation.
  • Support aircraft maintenance as an unlicensed engineer when required for aircraft types not covered under current approval.
  • Access the Company’s Intranet and IQSMS as necessary to read and download documentation required for ongoing training and operations.
  • Perform any additional duties relevant to the role as assigned, in order to support the needs of the business.
  • Attend required training modules to enhance skills and maintain compliance with EASA Part 66/145 requirements.


Skills and Requirements



  • An EASA B1 Licence, preferably with an EASA B1/B2 Licence.
  • Type ratings on Bombardier Challenger 850 / 604; Embraer Legacy 600; Embraer Lineage 1000.
  • Experience as certifying staff within a line maintenance environment.
  • Ability to travel at short notice when on shift.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with occasional minor roster adjustments to support and maintain the Company’s uninterrupted operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of aircraft systems and strong proficiency in interpreting aircraft manuals.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • High awareness of safety principles and procedural compliance.
  • Current on EWIS, Human Factors, SMS, and Fuel Tank Safety.
