System Administrator – Enterprise Content Management (f/m/x)

As a System Administrator – Enterprise Content Management, you manage central enterprise platforms in Windows and Linux environments. You analyze errors, automate processes, maintain interfaces, databases, logs and scripts, and ensure stable, high-performance systems. No 1st-level support, no classic consulting – real technical platform operations.

Job Description

• Technical operation, maintenance, patch management and system updates of central enterprise platforms, including Atlassian and OpenText, in Windows and Linux environments
• Error analysis, including logs, system behavior and interface issues, as well as resolution of technical incidents
• Monitoring, performance analysis and sustainable optimization of existing system landscapes
• Working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and MSSQL
• Creating and maintaining technical system documentation, operating guidelines and specifications in line with ITSM standards, such as ITIL

Qualifications

• Completed IT education or comparable, several years of professional experience in system administration
• Strong technical affinity and in-depth understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, automation and hybrid technologies, both on-premises and cloud
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, with a strong willingness to continuously develop professionally
• Openness to new technologies and AI-supported ways of working

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
