Anton Paar develops high-precision measuring instruments as well as automation and robotics solutions worldwide. Our embedded software platform forms the technological foundation for many devices. As a Product Owner, you work in an agile team, further develop the platform, and act as an interface to ensure structured prioritization and efficient implementation of internal requirements.

Job Description

• Elicit and prioritize requirements for our embedded software platform for measuring instruments in close collaboration with internal development teams
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and translate requirements into epics and user stories
• Work closely with the development team and relevant stakeholders (product management, system engineering, UX)
• Contribute to release planning and platform roadmap
• Ensure quality through acceptance of user stories

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as software engineering, computer science, or similar
• Experience as a Product Owner or Requirements Engineer in an agile environment is an advantage
• Experience with modern web technologies and web-based software applications
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good German and English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.400 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
