Production worker for surface technology (f/m/x)

Job Description

• Preparation of workpieces for the coating process (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
• Support in hanging and removing parts on the conveyor system
• Post-processing of coated parts (demasking, polishing, etc.)
• Visual inspection and quality control
• Assistance with packaging coated parts

Qualifications

• Professional experience in surface technology (e.g., decorator, interior finisher, painter, powder coating)
• Technical understanding and interest in surface processing
• Basic understanding of technical drawings is an advantage
• Careful, precise, and independent working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Quality awareness and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work shifts

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €2,572 gross per month (excluding overtime).
