Job Description

As Facilities Manager, you'll be the key to a smooth-running Devoteam! You'll oversee facilities, travel and admin support, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.Β  Lead a team, manage vendors, and streamline processes - all while keeping us compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CFO in developing and executing operational strategy, budgets, and investments.

  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management.

  • Oversee all building maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.

  • Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Assist with space planning and allocation, office moves, and furniture/equipment inventory.

  • Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

  • Supervise and train facilities staff, delegating tasks and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Analyze and optimize company travel policies, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and all relevant regulations for facilities management and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience in facilities management, including building maintenance, health & safety, and vendor management.

  • Experience with budget management, contract negotiation, and process improvement.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
