Job Description

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and customize Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, and customer portals.
  • Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations for improved performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with C#.Β 
  • Expertise in REST API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  • Experience with retail and e-commerce business processes.
  • Knowledge of customer service operations and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.
