Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un consultor de ServiceNow Senior, con experiencia en gestión de operaciones de TI (ITOM), para que se incorpore a nuestro equipo en expansión. En este puesto, se encargará de diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones complejas de ServiceNow ITOM que impulsen la excelencia operativa. 

  • Analizar los procesos y la infraestructura de operaciones de TI existentes para identificar oportunidades de optimización y diseñar arquitecturas ITOM objetivo.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones ITOM integrales, incluyendo descubrimiento, gestión de eventos, mapeo de servicios y flujos de trabajo operativos.
  • Gestionar las integraciones dentro de entornos de sistemas complejos
  • Desarrollar y mantener la documentación técnica, los diseños de soluciones y las hojas de ruta de implementación.

Es una posición estable en modalidad 100% teletrabajo.
