1. Dominio técnico:

  • Excel avanzado, incluyendo manejo de macros, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas y automatización de reportes.
  • Análisis de datos: debe interpretar información operativa y de desempeño para tomar decisiones rápidas y basadas en métricas.

2. Habilidades blandas (soft skills):

  • Excelente comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, para coordinar acciones en tiempo real con los equipos de operaciones.
  • Proactividad absoluta: capacidad para anticiparse a desvíos y actuar con autonomía.
  • Pensamiento analítico y orientación a la solución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a cambios en tiempo real.

3. Plus:

  • Haber trabajado en un call center, especialmente en áreas de operaciones o WFM.
  • Conocimiento de Power BI
  • Experiencia previa en entornos remotos o híbridos.
