About this role
We are looking for a Mid–Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize a high-volume Salesforce environment supporting 400+ users across Sales and Service Cloud. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and requires someone who can act as a strategic partner to the business, owning the platform, building scalable automations, and continuously improving Salesforce processes.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and help define the Salesforce roadmap while ensuring system stability and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support a large-scale Salesforce org (400+ users) across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Perform all core Salesforce admin tasks: user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
- Design, build, and maintain Flows and automations following scalability and best practices.
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system incidents efficiently.
- Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and improve business processes using Salesforce.
- Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce usage, optimization, and governance.
- Support platform releases, system updates, testing, and deployments.
- Maintain data quality and integrity, including imports/updates using tools like Data Loader.
- Contribute to defining and evolving the Salesforce roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience managing a busy production Salesforce org.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Solid understanding of data relationships, objects, and data models.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Experience with Lightning App Builder.
- Knowledge of SOQL.
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, etc.).
