Get to Know the Role

You will analyze financial data, improve processes, and deploy AI-driven, agentic, and low-code solutions. Collaborating with other teams, Automate workflows to lead operational to excellence, efficiency, and accuracy across financial operations. You will reporting to the Finance Manager and onsite at the Malaysia office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Analyze financial data using AI analytics and monitoring to identify trends, errors, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop financial models, reports, and AI-driven dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
• Evaluate financial systems to recommend and implement AI projects and automated process improvements.
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents, autonomous workflows, and low-code/no-code automation solutions.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and tech teams to deploy AI solutions and improve operations.
• Ensure all financial activities and AI tools comply with internal controls, regulations, and responsible AI governance.
• Troubleshoot system and AI agent performance while maintaining detailed documentation of workflows and configurations.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical, data, or business field (Information Systems, Data Science, CS, Engineering, or Business). Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2+ years of experience in financial/analytical roles are welcome.
• Core Finance Knowledge: Experience with financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Tools & AI Capabilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis). Agentic AI involves autonomous workflows and deploying AI agents. Low-code/no-code platforms promote a citizen developer mindset. BI/analytics tools include Power BI, Tableau, or financial platforms.
• Governance & Process: Familiarity with process improvement, financial controls, compliance, and responsible AI governance.
