Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing systems, identifying hazards and risks, and deriving appropriate safety measures.
- Evaluating safety concepts and system architectures in the context of overall requirements.
- Deriving safety requirements from customer specifications and internal analyses for hardware, software, and mechanical components.
- Creating safety-related, approval-based documentation and supporting development projects until safety objectives are secured.
- Monitoring processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and systematically evaluating verification and validation results.
- Conducting impact analyses for product changes and ensuring safety-relevant interface communication.
- Actively contributing to the advancement of internal safety methods, processes, and standard implementations.
Qualifications
- Hold a completed technical degree (bachelor or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Bring initial experience in product safety and knowledge of product safety laws.
- Are proficient in SysML/UML and modern development and testing methods.
- Have experience with analysis tools and a foundational understanding of quality and configuration management.
- Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) and work in a structured, analytical, and responsible manner.
