Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to play a key role in supporting our commercial and delivery teams within the Asset Integrity service line, helping to drive successful project execution and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

• Support projects from tender review through to close-out.
• Coordinate offshore personnel deployment for new and existing clients.
• Assist with contract administration, quotations, and project preparation.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and mobilisation of equipment and personnel.
• Support invoicing, financial reporting, and import/export activities.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Improve office processes within the Asset Integrity service line.
• Coordinate training, certification, travel, and accommodation for offshore personnel.
  

What experience you'll bring:

• HNC/HND/Degree in Business Administration or proven track record of equivalent experience.
• Previous offshore operational project delivery experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Excellent MS Word and Excel knowledge.
