Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales processโfrom prospecting and qualification through closing and account expansion. Youโll work closely with BDRs and Marketing to generate pipeline, lead complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise manufacturers, and build long-term customer relationships that drive sustained revenue growth.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role for a consultative seller who thrives in complex B2B SaaS environments, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and enjoys building pipeline as much as closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Own your pipeline by driving outbound prospecting in partnership with BDR and Marketing teams.
- Manage and convert inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and advancing them through the funnel.
- Develop account-based strategies for priority prospects within manufacturing and procurement.
Sales Execution & Deal Management
- Lead discovery, product demos, and consultative sales conversations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through contract close.
- Accurately forecast revenue, maintain pipeline hygiene, and consistently meet or exceed quota.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with BDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform messaging, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
What Weโre Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership preferred.
- Proven ability to prospect, run discovery, close new business, and expand existing accounts.
- Experience selling into complex or technical environments; manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain experience is a strong asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
- Comfort managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline data.
