Job Summary

The Dining Room Team Leader is responsible for the leading a team in shifts of quick, kind and efficient Dining Room Colleagues (Waiters & Waitresses).He/She sees everything through the lens of excellent and prompt service to the Guests.

Duties and Responsibilities not limited to but includes:

• Ensure the Restaurants are properly set up in time for meals
• Supervise the food and beverage service during meals
• Conduct pre-meal briefings as necessary
• Liaise thoughtfully, speedily, and consistently with the Kitchen and Sanitation department

 The ideal candidate must:

 ·         Have an Associate degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in Food & Beverage Management.

 ·         Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in same or similar position.

 ·         Competence in financial management, ability to control inventory, maintain costs and expenses.

 ·         Have proven track record of time management, human relations and problem solving skills.

 ·         Have a pleasing personality

 ·         Be highly customer service oriented.

 ·         Have the ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels.

 ·         Have the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team.

 ·         Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.

 ·         Possess positive work ethics and attitude.

 ·         Must be computer literate.

 ·         Food Handler’s Permit is a must.
