Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement:Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads to discuss loan products and qualify potential borrowers.
- Loan Intake:Collect borrower information and pre-qualify applicants based on company guidelines.
- Follow-Up:Maintain consistent communication with prospects to move them through the lending pipeline.
- CRM Management:Log all activity and manage tasks within our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and applications.
