Job description
Digitain is hiring a highly competent, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Accounting Specialist who shall ensure the efficient coordination of warehouse processes, accurate accounting of material assets, and the safe storage of property.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an inventory of the company assets
- Conduct accounting of fixed assets and consumables
- Monitor timely and proper inventory of assets
- Draft inventory acts and ensure stakeholder signatures
- Implement acceptance and delivery of goods as needed
- Draft product replenishment requests
- Provide information to other departments on the availability of material assets in the warehouse as needed
- Ensure program-specific movement of goods in the 1C system (input and output)
- Perform other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position
Requirements
- University Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of the 1C software
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Ability to quickly orient oneself and work efficiently
- Effective time-management skills
- Keen attention to detail, systematic approach to work
