We are searching for a person to join our Grants Administration Department in the Post-award division. Reporting to the Head of Grants Administration, the candidate will help organize our R&D Funding for American clients, managing SBIR and STTR R&D-Projects' daily administrative and financial management during the execution of their project applications.


Your position will also have a key role in ensuring the internal quality procedures in the company.


We required a candidate with:


  • Background in Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Physics.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of R&D programs or similar initiatives.
  • Familiarity with federal grant funding mechanisms.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
