     The roots of Martin Companies trace back to 1973 when Dennis & Geraldine Martin started in business trading as Martin Appliance Service. In addition to servicing household appliances, Dennis provided commercial refrigeration and water softener repairs on occasion. Over the years, the Lord blessed his customer service efforts, and the volume of work continued to increase and is still increasing today, giving us the privilege of serving thousands of customers throughout Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and nearby regions.

 The Appliance Installation Team Member

     We are seeking a motivated Appliance Installer to join our team and build strong relationships with our customers by installing kitchen and laundry appliances.

     A successful Appliance Installer Team Member will possess a great attitude and a servant’s heart. We believe that the technical aspect of your role is essential, and we will provide in-depth training, including extensive on-site training, in this area. Your professional demeanor and attitude also play a tremendous part in the fit that you will be on the team. We are seeking a team member who can work collaboratively within the team and take initiative independently, without direct supervision. This is a full-time position with available overtime.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install Residential Appliances: Install kitchen and laundry appliances in an efficient, professional manner while protecting the customer's property. This includes making water, electrical, and gas connections as needed.
• Customer Communication: Greet the customer and confirm the installation details then explain appliance use and maintenance to customers after the installation is complete.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve any issues during installation appointments.
• Collaborate with team: Work closely with sales team members and other installers.
• Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safe working practices on installation appointments and comply with company safety standards while driving company vehicles.
