About this role

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the Country Manager role within a fast-paced iGaming environment. In this position, you will be responsible for building the brand’s presence within a specific market from scratch or strengthening an existing setup, while forming and leading a local team. You will oversee traffic, product, payments, and reputation management in close collaboration with central office teams.

Experience working within a .com operating model is essential for this role.

The Country Manager will act as the full P&L owner for the GEO. This is not a purely marketing, operational, or product-focused position - it combines all three areas into one highly autonomous role. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, you will take full ownership of the GEO’s performance, from first deposit metrics through to overall unit economics.

The role is fully remote.

Requirements:

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming across affiliate, traffic, product, or country operations
  • Strong understanding of .com economics, including CAC, LTV, NGR, and affiliate revshare models
  • Experience launching and scaling operations in one of the following markets: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Poland, or Germany
  • Experience working with PSP/payment infrastructure within offshore verticals
  • Experience building and managing local teams, including hiring, onboarding, and KPI management
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with dashboards and build actionable hypotheses
  • Understanding of CPA/revshare mechanics and affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Tune, Cellxpert, etc.
  • Languages proficiency: Upper-intermediate level of English, native/bilingual level of Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, or German
  • Experience working with streamers and influencers within the iGaming sector

Nice to have

  • Understanding of crypto payments and on-ramp solutions
  • Experience with Responsible Gaming and compliance processes
  • User-level knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience in crisis communications and working with review platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the GEO’s P&L and overall market performance, reporting directly to the CEO/COO
  • Build and scale the brand presence within the target market, either from scratch or by improving an existing setup
  • Manage and coordinate local operations across traffic acquisition, product localization, payments, CRM, VIP, support, partnerships, and reputation management
  • Conduct audits of core metrics, domains, payment infrastructure, affiliate setup, and operational processes
  • Drive user acquisition activities with a strong focus on affiliate traffic and FTD growth targets
  • Oversee CRM and retention initiatives, including reactivation campaigns and local communication channels
  • Develop and manage VIP programs with a focus on increasing GGR contribution from VIP players
  • Ensure customer support performance meets agreed SLA, FRT, CSAT, and FCR targets
  • Coordinate local partnerships, influencer collaborations, media plans, and brand positioning activities
  • Build, onboard, and manage local teams while monitoring operational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Monitor market competition and prepare regular competitive intelligence reports
  • Lead reputation management activities, including review platform monitoring and crisis response coordination
  • Work closely with HQ functions including Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams
  • Track and optimise key business KPIs including FTD, LTV/CAC, retention, NGR, VIP share, payment uptime, support CSAT, and brand sentiment

What's in it for you:

  • Direct collaboration with the CEO/COO and fast decision-making processes
  • Full ownership of the GEO, including P&L, team, and strategic direction
  • Dedicated budgets for affiliates, influencers, and infrastructure with a high level of autonomy
  • Support from experienced central office teams across Product, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Tech
  • Transparent KPIs and clearly structured growth phases
  • Fully remote setup with a flexible schedule
