Plongeur / Aide cuisine :

Nous recherchons pour notre département restauration un plongeur / aide cuisine en CDI à temps partiel au sein de notre Hôtel Moxy Paris Charles De Gaulle.

En tant que plongeur / aide cuisine, vous serez responsable de la plonge ainsi que du nettoyage de la partie restauration et de la cuisine.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos commis pour vous assurer que les standards d’hygiène et de nettoyage soient respectés.

Responsabilités :

- Vérification quotidienne et allumage des équipements

- Plonge

- Entretien quotidien de son poste de travail

- Nettoyage et entretien du restaurant (toutes pièces communes et privées : chambres froides, espaces stockage, présentoir, bar, fours, extracteurs d'air, plans de travail, salle, terrasses etc)

- Rangement des espaces de stockage

- Aide à l'épluchage des légumes

- Aide à la mise en place, etc.
