About the Role - Integration Engineer

Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges? Join our team as an SDK Integration Engineer and be at the forefront of our clients' success. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our SDK products and our clients, guiding external development teams through seamless Web and Mobile SDK integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Core Engineering, Product, Sales, and Solutions—to ensure a frictionless customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Integration Support: Lead the resolution of SDK integration queries, acting as the primary technical contact and subject matter expert for customers.

  • Customer Experience: Elevate Customer satisfaction through proactive onboarding support, architectural guidance, and quick resolution of integration blockers.

  • Code-Level Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex implementation issues by debugging client code, analyzing network requests, and reviewing SDK behavior across Web and Mobile platforms.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SDK Engineering and Product teams to channel feedback, report bugs, and advocate for SDK usability and performance improvements.

  • Technical Consulting: Partner with pre-sales and onboarding teams to provide technical demonstrations, feasibility assessments, and best practices for integrating our SDKs into diverse technology stacks.

  • Documentation & Resources: Create, maintain, and enhance comprehensive SDK documentation, integration guides, code snippets, and fully functional sample applications (via GitHub) to streamline client onboarding.

  • Integration Tooling & Automation: Build and maintain internal tools, scripts, and automated workflows to validate client implementations, scale support operations, and reduce time-to-resolution.

  • Proactive Analytics & Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and monitoring tools to proactively detect emerging platform issues, identify systemic integration trends, and optimize our self-service developer portals.

  • Project Management: Contribute to strategic technical projects that enhance the overall customer journey and add value to the organization's API/SDK ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 2–6 years in SDK Integration, Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Mobile/Web Development, preferably in a B2B SaaS.

  • Web & Mobile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS) and Mobile ecosystems (native iOS/Swift/Objective-C, native Android/Kotlin/Java, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native/Flutter).

  • Advanced Debugging Skills: Expertise in using developer tools (Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio), network proxies, and API testing platforms (Postman, cURL) to troubleshoot complex integrations.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to developer audiences as well as non-technical stakeholders.

  • Scripting & Automation: Strong programming foundation with the ability to use languages like Python, Node.js, or Shell to build automation workflows, integration scripts, and sample applications.

  • Infrastructure & Monitoring: Experience working with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, AWS).

  • Developer Focus: A developer-first mindset paired with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating world-class technical documentation.

  • Tools: Hands-on experience with issue tracking, version control, and support tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Zendesk, FreshDesk).

  • Flexibility & Empathy: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working flexible hours when necessary, and handling technical escalations with a mix of empathy and confidence.

If you’re ready to make a significant impact and grow in a challenging yet rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.
