About the role
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve Level 2 and 3 support tickets efficiently and effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues
- Proactive monitoring of the entire infrastructure and rapid incident response
- Manage and maintain the IT park, ensuring all equipment is functional and up-to-date
- Act as a liaison with IT service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the proper functioning of communication and collaboration tools
- Regularly update software and perform routine system checks
- Implementation of IT projects and architectural changes
- Maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service quality
- Follow ITIL standards
- Stay informed about new IT trends and solutions
Profile
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Mid-level position, suitable for candidates with initial professional experience or strong academic background
- Must be fluent in English; French; German is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory / Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts
- Ability to perform system monitoring and respond to infrastructure alerts
- Capable of handling Level 3 escalations under supervision
- Powershell scripting knowledge
- Willingness to follow procedures and contribute to technical documentation
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a technical team
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and evolve toward a senior system administrator role
