Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to join our team and support the communication between the company and the investment community. In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping how we present our business, strategy, and performance to analysts, investors and the wider market.

Working closely with the Investor Relations team and other internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help ensure consistent, transparent, and high-quality communication aligned with the standards of a listed company. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a listed company environment in a fast-growing industry.

Daily responsibilities

  • Support external communications in line with the requirements of a listed company.
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, fact sheets, social media content and other communication materials.
  • Contribute to the preparation of periodic and sustainability reports.
  • Maintain and update IR data, including internal databases, investor contact lists as well as the Investor Relations and sustainability sections of the corporate website.
  • Support the organization of investor events, including roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Monitor analysts’ research, market trends, and industry news.
  • Work closely with internal departments to gather and verify relevant information.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Investor Relations team and assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, capital markets, or business journalism (e.g., listed company, IR agency, brokerage house, investment fund).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Communications/PR, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Very good understanding of financial markets and strong interest in the stock market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and passion for games.
  • Interest in or experience with sustainability reporting.

Estimated pay range for this position: 10 600 - 14 600 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
Type of contract: Employment Contract ("Umowa o pracę").
