Job Description

As the Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying sales and purchase contracts, ensuring data consistency and timely processing. 

What you’re responsible for:

• Entering sales and purchase contracts into the system accurately and efficiently;
• Verifying all entered orders for consistency and accuracy;
• Identifying and correcting data entry errors promptly;
• Coordinating daily administrative and clerical tasks for the department;
• Processing and pricing shipping tickets for Montreal and Laval;
• Updating market prices for incoming orders;
• Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date records of all processed orders.

Qualifications

To join our team:

• You have an A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration, or another relevant field;
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or data entry;
• You are bilingual in French and English;
• You are autonomous, proactive and have a good learning capacity;
• You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel level);
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
