Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY 

We are looking for an Account Manager to support and manage relationships between Korean game clients and Keywords Studios’ global production teams.

This role will act as a key communication bridge throughout game production and project collaboration processes, helping ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams across multiple global studios.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of game development and production workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage long-term client relationships in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

In this role, you will work closely with Korean clients, Keywords Studios’ global production teams, and internal stakeholders to support project visibility, production coordination, and successful project delivery across a variety of game development services.

본 역할에서는 한국 클라이언트, Keywords Studios의 글로벌 프로덕션 팀, 그리고 다양한 내부 이해관계자들과 긴밀히 협업하며 프로젝트 가시성 확보, 프로덕션 조율, 그리고 다양한 게임 개발 서비스 영역에서의 성공적인 프로젝트 딜리버리를 지원하게 됩니다.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Account Manager  role can be broken down into the following core areas; 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean game industry clients and partners.

• Act as the primary communication bridge and key point of contact between Korean clients and Keywords Studios throughout ongoing projects.

• Coordinate project-related communication, timelines, deliverables, and workflow visibility across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Support smooth collaboration between clients and internal production teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with global production teams across Art, Development, and Engineering functions to ensure alignment on project goals and production priorities.

• Translate client feedback, requests, and production-related updates into clear and actionable communication for internal teams.

• Proactively identify potential risks, communication gaps, and production challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders to support problem solving.

• Help bridge cultural and communication gaps between clients and global production teams.

• Participate in regular client meetings and provide project status updates when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of client communication, project updates, and account activities within internal systems.

• Support long-term client relationships through professional communication, trust building, and consistent project support.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support Keywords Studios’ long-term growth strategy and business expansion initiatives within the Korean market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 한국 게임 업계 클라이언트 및 파트너와의 장기적이고 신뢰 기반의 관계를 구축 및 유지합니다.
• 진행 중인 프로젝트 전반에서 한국 클라이언트와 Keywords Studios 간의 주요 커뮤니케이션 창구 및 핵심 연락 담당자 역할을 수행합니다.
• 프로젝트 관련 커뮤니케이션, 일정, 산출물, 워크플로우 진행 상황 등을 다양한 팀 및 이해관계자들과 조율합니다.
• 프로젝트 라이프사이클 전반에 걸쳐 클라이언트와 내부 프로덕션 팀 간의 원활한 협업을 지원합니다.
• Art, Development, Engineering 등 글로벌 프로덕션 팀과 긴밀히 협업하며 프로젝트 목표 및 우선순위에 대한 방향성을 조율합니다.
• 클라이언트의 피드백, 요청 사항, 프로덕션 관련 업데이트를 내부 팀이 이해하고 실행할 수 있도록 명확하게 정리 및 전달합니다.
• 잠재적인 리스크, 커뮤니케이션 갭, 프로덕션 이슈 등을 사전에 파악하고, 관련 이해관계자들과 협력하여 문제 해결을 지원합니다.
• 클라이언트와 글로벌 프로덕션 팀 간의 문화적 및 커뮤니케이션 차이를 연결하고 조율하는 역할을 수행합니다.
• 정기적인 클라이언트 미팅에 참여하고, 필요 시 프로젝트 진행 상황에 대한 업데이트를 제공합니다.
• 내부 시스템 내에서 클라이언트 커뮤니케이션, 프로젝트 진행 상황, 계정 관련 활동 내역을 정확하게 관리합니다.
• 전문적이고 안정적인 커뮤니케이션을 기반으로 장기적인 클라이언트 관계 형성과 프로젝트 지원을 수행합니다.
• 한국 시장 내 Keywords Studios의 장기적인 성장 전략 및 사업 확장 initiatives를 지원하기 위해 내부 이해관계자들과 협업합니다.

Qualifications

DEMONSTRATED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent Korean communication skills required

• Professional working proficiency in English and/or Japanese is strongly preferred

• Prior experience within the video game industry is highly preferred

• Experience in Game Production, Project Management, Production Coordination, Account Management, or related roles within the gaming industry

• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production workflows

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, teams, or external partners

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a global and fast-paced environment

• Understanding of console, PC, or mobile game development environments is a plus

• Experience working with global teams or external development partners is a plus

• 원어민 수준의 한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력 필수
• 비즈니스 수준의 영어 또는 일본어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우대
• 게임 업계 경력 보유자 우대
• 게임 업계 내 Game Production, Project Management, Production Coordination, Account Management 또는 관련 직무 경험
• 게임 개발 파이프라인 및 제작 프로세스에 대한 높은 이해도
• 다양한 이해관계자, 팀, 외부 파트너와의 협업 및 조율 경험
